The Special Operations Department is looking for a SOA for our internal "trainee program" for future trainer/examiner.
The candidate must fulfill the following basic requirements:- Be, before the end of the submission of candidatures period, at least 18 years old (ID could be requested in case of doubt).
- Be a member of IVAO for at least six months before the end of the submission of candidatures period.
- Minimum rating of Aerodrome Controller (ADC) and Senior Private Pilot (SPP), (higher ranks are preferable).
- Be proficient in oral and written English.
General expectations of the SOA for the internal "trainee program" for future trainer/examiner:- Patient
- Polite, Friendly, Empatic
- Working independently
- Responsibility for trainees on their way to their exam
- You attach importance to your own qualifications (continuous training in theory and practice) to be able to offer high quality trainings
- Fairness and neutrality (at exams)
Tasks:- At the very beginning the internal "trainee program".
- Subsequent use is in accordance with suitability and ability (from basic to tactical complex).
- Organization of trainings (planning, briefing, flight, debriefing)
- High-quality trainings in accordance with standardized training checklists
- Training reports in english language
- Organization of exams (preparation, evaluation of the planning/briefing/flight, debriefing) in accordance with standardized exam marking sheets
- Exam reports in english language
