The Executive would like to announce that the IVAO
World Tour Department is looking for a new advisors to take care of some
tasks.
Therefore, the submission period of candidatures for various positions is open.
The responsibilities of the WTAx :
- Willing to work on daily basis.
- Creation of all World Tour.
- Issue HQ World Tour Awards upon completion of each tour.
- Coordinate with Division Staff for input on tour legs
- Validation of all legs associated with World Tours
- Final authority with respect to World Tour rules.
As stated in the IVAO Rules & Regulations, the candidate must fulfill the following basic requirements:
- Be,
before the end of the submission of candidatures period, at least 18
years old for the WTAx positions (an ID prove could be requested in case
of doubt). - Be a member of IVAO for at least 6 months before the end of the submission of candidatures period.
In particular, the candidate should:
- Have a deep knowledge of the organisation, its functioning and structure.
- Have leadership capacity and organisational skills.
- Have a fluent capability for speaking and writing in English.
- Have
a big commitment with the organisation, its Rules and Regulations and
high availability due to the amount of work of the Department.
In addition, previous experience in the creation and validation of Tours, be at Divisional or Senior level, would be an asset.
