ICAO 2018 Değişiklikleri: Freyzyolojide Değişiklikler

ALP YENI:
ICAO'nun (IVAO değil, ICAO) ICAO Annex 10 üzerinde yaptığı 2018 yılı tarihli değişikliği ile radyo freyzyolojilerinde bazı değişiklikler yapılmıştır.
