Dear members,
As you are well aware, the .wallop command (.wallop <text>) is used to get in contact with any available Supervisor that could be online.
In order to better help all pilots or ATCs, the "Supervisors community" would really appreciate if members can follow some simple guidelines.
- Use the .wallop command rather than contact, by private chat, a particular Supervisor. This will avoid duplicity in case the situation affects more than one pilot/ATC.
- Send wallops in English even if you know that there is a Supervisor online that speaks other language(s).
- Include a brief description of the problem when you send the wallop. This will accelerate the way a Supervisor can attend your request.
- Avoid to send a wallop of the type "Hello", "I need help" or "Is there any SUP?". This type of wallops will not likely be replied as most of the times refer to issues not directly related with any problematic situation online.
- Remember that the main functions of a Supervisor refer to incidents and conflictive situations online, not to technical issues. So, ask a Supervisor for the reasons why "I cannot see other traffic", "What a/c is better to fly the VFR World Tour" or questions of that type is not a good idea.
Thank you for your comprehension and co-operation. Be sure that the Supervisors will highly appreciate the good use of this command and will result in a much better support to all members.
Best regards
Böylesi istenmeyen durumlarda ve kural dışı davranışlarda üyelere yardım edebilecek kişiler ile yani "Supervisor" lar ile temasa geçilmesi gerektiği pek çok yerde yazmaktadır.
