Unfortunately we have to postpone the announced Annual General Meeting of 16 March, 2014.
New date will be announced after the planned coming BoG Meeting.
Although we published the planned date well in advance, to our regret we failed to produce the agenda itself for the AGM in the way laid down in the IVAO Statutes, Art. 27.
Since we were challenged that this makes the meeting illegal, we have no other choice than postpone it.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
