The Public Relations Department is looking for PR Advisors to help manage a number of tasks within the department. This position may become very demanding on time with the possibility of daily input being required.
 
The candidate must fulfill the following basic requirements:

• Be, before the end of the submission of candidatures period, at least 18 years old (ID could be requested in case of doubt).
  Be a member of IVAO for at least six months before the end of the submission of candidatures period.
  Be proficient in oral and written English.
  May be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.

General Expectations from PR Advisors:

• Previous professional experience in Community Management, Social Network Management, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video-editing and/or Public Relations
  Preferably previous experience as PRC/PRAC, EC/EAC/EA or DIR/ADIR - not mandatory
  Creative writer, positive thinker and proactive
  Fluency in another language, and/or experience in Academic APA/MLA writing will add value to your application.

Tasks (will depend on skills):

• Create and manage content and communication across all IVAO official social media.
  Coordinate with and assist HQ Events Dept, divisional PRCs & ECs in promoting their events/divisions.
  Assist Virtual Sky Magazine Team when needed.
  Assist the PR Management Team with the execution of their tasks.
