Merhabalar... İstanbul'dan İzmir'e 777 ile geldim. Sonrasında Ankara'ya gitmek için uçuş rezerve etme kısmına girdim. Uçuşlarda 777 görünmemesine rağmen, herhangi bir uçuşu seçtiğimde, tip olarak sadece 777 geliyor. Sonradan farkettim ki bütün uçuşlar için sadece 777 çıkıyor. Ve seçince ''Something went wrong. Either you tried to book an aircraft beyond your reach or flight / aircraft is already booked by someone else.'' diyor, rezerve yapamıyorum.. Uçağımızı sadece İstanbul'da mı değiştirebiliyoruz?

İzmir'e geldiğiniz tip ile İstanbul' dönmeniz gerekiyor. Ankara'ya İzmir den 777 slotu yok. Eğer 320 serisi ve 737 serisinden herhangi bir uçak ile gelseydiniz İzmir'den LTBA dışındaki diğer slotlara uçus yapabilirdiniz. Ayrıca İzmire geldiğiniz zaman sadece geldiğiniz uçak gözükecektir. Bu LTBA dışındaki meydanlar için de geçerlidir

We have recently changed the system of aircraft booking. From now on, users are able to change their aircrafts only in LTBA, Istanbul. Once you depart from Istanbul, system allows you to book the same aircraft until you come back. This is done because we realized some of our pilots take other pilots aircrafts which is another type of aircraft. And it causes the other pilot to get stuck at the airport because he does not have the type rating to fly the other aircraft. Hopefully, this will solve the problem.

Due to the new limitation above, we had to transfer some of you to LTBA. So please continue your flights with a new aircraft from there.
