Tony: Thank you very much for the kind words. With your help, we will make it better and stable.

Hello Tony,

Taxi lights off doesn't necessarily mean that you used taxi lights when you are taxiing. You have to open it before moving aircraft (except pushback) and close it after takeoff (we say around 10000ft with landing lights but it could be after airborne as well) and then you have to re-open it with landing lights(or on final) and turn it off on blocks.

High rate of descent happens when you descent more than -5000 fpm.

Nose up happens when you use more than 20 degrees of pitch.

And finally, reverse happens when you don't use reverse on landing. I am still thinking if this is a mistake because sometimes you really don't have to use it.

All of them are correct, there is no mistake with the code. The values of the errors might be debatable. Unfortunately, nose up condition is way dangerous and it cuts -50 from your ratings. Also high rate of descent cuts -15. So it is normal to have that low rating.

Unfortunately FS Passenger doesn't show your pitch angle at ALL TIME. So it won't be a proof of anything. I can't know when you did +20 degrees of pitch, maybe after takeoff, maybe at some time during flight, maybe during approach. I am %100 of that, you get it when your pitch angle is above 20 degrees. Code is correct, value of this might be debatable though.

About taxi light, I don't know how FSPassenger does it, but according to our Flight Operation Manual, you must open before taxi and turn it off when reaching 10000ft and you must turn it on with landing lights on descent and turn it off on blocks. It might happen if you landed without taxi lights (nose lights for airbus). Opening it AFTER land is incorrect and would cause you to receive error.
